LP-System - Technical Part - Online-Downloading to machines

Here the machine's control system transfers the data online (with a cabel from the office) to the machines after they have been summarized. The summary is effected by means of inputting the one-dimensional barcode, which is found on the label.

It is possible to interrupt production at any time, advance other items and to continue again later. The sequence for completion can also be freely defined.

Big advantages of the online downloading:

together with the modul "automatic data summary" you are able to see at your monitor, what is happening in your production, because of the cable to the machine (who is producing it, how long he need, whats up with my utilization..)
no manuell input of the data at the machines
much more productivity
no wrong input at the machines
