Interfaces to accounting packages There are two kinds of interfaces:
Interface to a financial bookkeeping system Here invoices are written out in LP-SYSTEM and transferred to an external financial bookkeeping system. This transfer can be started at any time for invoice data that have not yet been transferred. As it is possible for you to create in LP-SYSTEM required accounts of your bookkeeping department, invoice data will be booked correctly in your financial bookkeeping software. This module means easy booking of invoices. Interface to an accounting system The difference here is that invoices and also delivery notes will not be printed in LP-SYSTEM. All required data will be transferred to an external system (e. g. SAP or Navision) in order to make delivery note and invoice there. Interface to CAD-Software / BVBS-Import The BVBS Interface was developed in cooperation with renown CAD producers, machine producers and LENNERTS & PARTNER. This interface enables reinforcement data exchange from CAD into LP-SYSTEM without manual intervention. BAMTEC®-LP Interface With the help of this module it is possible to read BAMTEC files which are used on the BAMTEC machine and then to go on processing in the software package LP-SYSTEM. So an additional entering of item data is not necessary. LP-ProdPlan identifies automatically which items are cut on the BAMTEC machine and which have to be preproduced by a bar cutting automate. These items are going automatically into the bar cutting optimization and receive their own tags and production documents. By using the bar cutting optimization the waste material can be reduced considerably. Then the data can be transmit online to the machine where it is not necessary for the user to put in a disk. After the import of the BAMTEC file all required documents, like delivery note and invoice, can be printed. So also an exact stock booking is possible. |
