The automatic summary of data rounds off the solution for the bending plant. Here the automatic summary of all produced items in production is meant.

The worker, who operates the machine locks in at the machine at the start of work with an identification card, which has a barcode. All machines are asked about produced and completed items within short intervals.

This data is stored and illustrated graphically on a bar chart. It is thus possible to receive a continuous, up-to-date overview of the progress production is making.

The Data Summary registers WHO has produced WHICH ITEM WHEN AT WHAT TIME AND FOR HOW LONG and substantially increases the transparency of your production.

Essential is, that this not only should done for the downloaded machines, but also for all not downloaded machines. Then you know for example that a downloaded machine has cut the bars and that a not downloaded machine has bend the bars. That is an important information.

Please dont forget, that this powerfull tool can only be used with online downloaded machines and that also barcode readers needed for the not downloaded machines to.
